The location was perfect, tucked away in a back alley, giving it a unique charm and providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were in good condition and had big windows, allowing for natural light to fill the space. I was impressed with the air conditioning, which kept the room cool even during the hot weather. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious complimentary breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel offered two complementary snacks per day which was a nice touch during the Christmas holidays. The location was ideal as it was close to a bustling market and several restaurants. Another advantage was the comfortable bed which provided a good night's sleep.
The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find as it was located in a small alleyway. The lack of a proper reception area made it awkward when trying to enter the room.

Great staff and good location. Room was clean and had hot water for shower. Also, the room had a comfortable bed and nice decoration.
It was frustrating to be told upon arrival that our room was overbooked and they had to place us in a different building. The new building was a bit complicated to find, and we had to climb to the 3rd floor.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently accessible from the airport and a bus station. Although it's tucked away in a dodgy alleyway, it's worth the taxi ride. The rooms are spacious, clean, and charmingly decorated, with comfortable beds, fresh towels, and good communication with the staff over WhatsApp. And the breakfast is delicious!
The bathroom is structurally awkward, with a design flaw that always leaves it wet after a shower.
