Jack purcell s series boot review năm 2024

Runs small. Order at least a half size up. The free returns makes getting the right size easy, but might as well try to get it right the first time. Awesome shoes. Get compliments as well as weird looks all the time. So much better than the cheapie Chuck Taylors. I use these frequently and they're still going strong after a year.

Would have loved these shoes - if they fit! I wish that Converse could standardize their sizes - some shoes run 1.5 size big, some .5 size too big. Apparently these run true to size, so I am returning and will reorder my true size.

I really like the low profile and slip-on style of this shoe. I think it is much more flattering to the foot and way more stylish than the Converse Chuck Taylor. This shoe looks great with jeans, shorts and casual summer wear. The yellow color is different, but looks great with denim. It is definitely a conversation-starter!

I normally don't like converse because they don't have much arch support, but these are super comfy and cute. The price on Zappos is a very good price. It's being sold for more at Nordstrom. get it here! free shipping and all that good stuff!

What\'s not to like? I get these by the dozen, the perfect go everywhere shoe. And slip-ons are especially good at airports.

These are graet sneakers that look good with skinny jeans. They are slightly padded inside, so they are pretty comfortable. The Converse ones that aren't Jack Purcells have almost NO padding, so be sure to get these. They run true to size but maybe a bit narrow.

Very cute - I love the slightly distressed look and convenience of the slip-on styling. A word of caution: Zappos' sizing is off, and different from Chuck Taylor's. For reference, I wear a regular women's 7. In classic Chuck Taylors I have size 4.5. I ordered the same size in these (according to Zappos, the 4.5 M/6.0 W). When they arrived, the box said 4.5 M/6.5 W. They were a bit too small and I'm exchanging them for the 5.0 M/7.0 W (or, according to Zappos, the 5.0 M/6.5 W). Very confusing.

I bought these because I'm a fan of Chuck Taylors and wanted something similar to their simplicity. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. This shoe has a thin padding between material making the sides and lip of the shoe more comfortable. Also I was pleased to find a cushioned sole insert which is definitely an upgrade from the regular Chucks I am used to. The sole insert is not glued down and can be removed easily. The blue rubber sole on the bottom of the shoe isn't very rigid compared to Chucks and I can see this wearing down quicker. The sizing of the shoe is similar to the sizing of Chuck Taylors. I wear US 11s but always order 10.5 when getting Chucks. The shoe adds about 1 inch to your height when they are on your feet. The white rubber around the smile of the shoe contains tiny little circles on them giving them a rough edge. If you zoom in far enough in the preview window you will see what I am talking about. Minimal arch support.

The shoe is very casual/sporty and great with jeans. I wouldn't think of these as your daily shoe. It's more of a Friday night at the local pub or Saturday/Sunday BBQ at a friend's place.

I wear a women's 12 W. These are quite comfortable, perfect for weekends and running errands. The color is more like lavender instead of gray. Not much arch support so not good for extensive walking.

Absolutely love these shoes. I have skinny feet, and they actually fit me pretty snugly. They seem to have more cushion than your standard Converse shoes. (I own 3 pairs of Converse.) If you have wider feet, they will probably be a little snug at first. If you're going to wear them with socks, go a half size larger. My only complaint is that I bought the "grey" color. It's not really grey. It's more of a lavender. Luckily, I'm a female, so no big deal. But I'd hate for a guy to buy these as unisex shoes, and then be disappointed when they show up in lavender.

Love these shoes, however, you should order them a half size smaller than you would normally wear. This was the first time a shoe didn't fit me in my regular size. I can understand for the life of me why a shoe company wouldn't make a shoe true to size fit. Order them a half size smaller or you'll be sending them back like I had to.

Great shoe! Fits a bit tighter then the standard Converse and for that I had to go one size up. Once they break in a bit better, I imagine I will love them.

The photo of the shoe (in pale yellow) is not close to reality. It is more like they mixed some green into the dye. I could use them for traffic cones too bright, especially compared with the picture.

I'd also recommend:

Nothing, you really need to use orthotics or arch supports with most Converse canvas sneakers like the Chuck Taylor\'s or these.

Terrible purchase. The bottom edges of the shoe fell apart and peeled off within a couple months of wearing the shoe (not daily use, mind you). I liked the look and fit, but honestly, it just blew apart. Total mess.

This is my first pair Converse and I am very happy with the purchase. The Low Profiles do come 1/2 size larger and have thinner insole padding. I love the black leather version. They look and feel like good quality leather. These are comfortable even with a thinner padding. Thanks Zappos for the fast shipping.

Are Jack Purcell shoes comfortable?

How do Jack Purcells fit?

In fact, the ideal size for the Jack Purcells are the same as the Chucks for me. Size 8 Purcells fit my feet like a glove while size 8.5 Purcells is about one inch too long. The funny thing is that the width for both the 8 and 8.5 is just right and the difference is just the length.nullConverse Jack Purcell fit true to size? - Styleforumwww.styleforum.net › threads › converse-jack-purcell-fit-true-to-sizenull
